Architect Don Reeves, owner and principal architect of Reeves and Associates is personally involved in every project undertaken by the firm.
Architect Reeves is a distinguished, award winning, architect, who has practiced in California for more than forty years. Architect Reeves reviewed the plans of the Padres ballpark (Petco Park) for the City of San Diego. This extraordinary effort insured that the new ballpark was the most accessible sports facility ever constructed.
In his years of professional practice, Architect Reeves has produced an impressive body of work for many significant clients. His work has been widely published and many of his projects have received local, state and national awards. For his exceptional work with an entire group of disabled veterans, Don was awarded a National Commendation by the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
A Vietnam Veteran, Reeves is a Retired Navy Captain. he has served on and chaired many Civic Organizations.
Certified Assess Specialist Program (CASp)
California Senate Bill 262 of 2003 authorized the State Architect to establish a program for certification by the State of a person who meets specified criteria as a Certified Assess Specialist (CASp). That California Access Specialist Program (CASp) went into effect October 2008. Architect Don Reeves is fully enrolled in CASp and the firm has California Access Specialist (CASp) on staff.
In addition to his experienced staff, Architect Don Reeves utilizes the considerable talents of long-standing professional structural and civil engineering firms when required.
